The universe does plot against us from time to time. Please contact us if, in the odd event that your piece is delivered to you in less than ideal condition. Please send us pictures of the product taken at different distances and perspectives so we can better understand the situation. Provide pictures of the package the goods came in if at all possible, since it might have been harmed in transit. If pictures aren’t enough to document the problem, brief movies are also appreciated.

For a year following the product’s delivery date, flaws in materials and workmanship are covered by our manufacturer’s warranty. Please notify our team if you encounter any problems with your article. We will schedule repairs, replacement parts, and full replacements as needed.

We regret that we are unable to extend our guarantees to resold items and that they are not transferable. Only when things are used normally and for the intended purpose are warranties valid. The Article warranty will not cover defects or damage arising from usage, accidents, modifications, carelessness, or use for commercial reasons.
