You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item or items if you decide it’s not quite right. We have a staff here to assist.

For any reason, even a simple change of heart, you are free to return your Article merchandise. Please make sure that your item is in as-new condition and that you have the original packaging available in order to guarantee a successful return. Return shipping costs apply to returns made within our normal service region; these costs may also apply to some smaller items. A return fee equal to the forward shipping cost will apply to returns made outside of our regular service region.

Get in touch with customer satisfaction

Contact our Customer Satisfaction Department. Kindly include your name on file, order number, order details, and the reason for the return. We will be pleased to assist you even more.

Generate labels for returns

The return label will be attached to an email that we send to you. Take apart your couch, place the modules in their dust bags, and then carefully put them into their boxes. Lastly, attach the return labels that were printed to the package.

Arrange for a pickup

Go to the courier’s website and make an appointment for a pickup. Contact us if you need any assistance. Your return label might be necessary to complete some pickup-related fields.

The Day of pickup

You can leave the boxes at your front door on the day of the pickup. It is not necessary to sign this.

Receive your reimbursement

After the goods are delivered, our inspection Team will examine them. Please give the refund processing 3–7 business days after that.
